We’re seeking a talented junior Sous Chef to join our team with experience in fine Italian food (no pizza on the menu). What we’re looking for: is passion for cooking with a desire to develop your knowledge and culinary skills further. Ability to lead and teach a team where consistently great food is the focus. Always strives for excellence and consistency. . . Has a minimum of 1 years experience as a Sous Chef or higher in a similar establishment.
