We are assisting them with their search for a Junior Sous Chef.Why choose our client?Our client is an award-winning vineyard in the south of the UK, renowned for its exceptional English sparkling wine.The restaurant offers a variety of food and drink options, private hire events, and wine experiences for the public. It can accommodate up to 45 covers, with two private dining areas providing an additional 20 seats.The role involves working 4.5 days out of 7 on a rota basis, with Sunday nights off, totalling 50 hours per week.
