Up to £40k package Tips paid weekly and bonus paid annually - £6,000k Location: Burgess Hill area - own transport required 45 - 50 hour week 4.5 days over 7 days (mix of splits and straights) 2.5 days off per week, so 3 evenings off per week, and you will be out of the kitchen between 9.15pm and 9.30pm Monday to Saturday and by 7.30pm on a Sunday evening. We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef who can cook to a high level using all fresh ingredients, has innovation, creativity and great attention to detail. A Chef who can work along side other chefs and can prepare, cook, present fresh food to Rosette standard. Ideally a background in gastro pubs or restaurant and who enjoys working in a fast paced kitchen. Must be living and working in the UK or have Right to Work/Settlement Status.
