Our client a prestigious private members Golf Club in Ascot currently have a fantastic opportunity to develop their brigade and recruit a Snr Sous Chef within their team..

Responsibilities 
As Sous Chef you will be joining an outstanding quality team, need the ability to work quickly, have a positive attitude, good communication skills and be a reliable team player. You must be committed to deliver results and not be afraid of hard work...
If you have experience of preparing food with fresh, high quality local ingredient then we want to hear from you! 
The ideal candidate should have a Minimum of 8 years catering experience.  Progression through the Snr roles, showing development in equivalent, Food operations, awareness of Health and Safety / Food safety Protocols. NVQ 3 or equivalent.
