What you will do:Working with Head Chef to manage daily kitchen activities, including overseeing the team, assisting with menu preparation, ensuring food quality and freshness, and monitoring ordering and stock rotationEnsures quality and consistency by following designated recipesProvide guidance to junior chefs, including but not limited to, cooking, food preparation, and plating dishesOversees and organises kitchen stock and ingredientsEnsures a stock rotation system and verifies all food products are properly dated and organised for quality assuranceWho you are
