About the Role

This permanent Junior Sous Chef role with H&C Solutions sits within an exclusive Mayfair boutique hotel in London, where room rates start at £380 per night. Reporting to an influential Executive Chef, the successful candidate joins a brigade of twenty across one main kitchen, covering a 2AA fine dining restaurant, banqueting and popular afternoon tea service. Working 48 hours weekly, duties include running sections, supervising commis and chefs de partie, maintaining hygiene standards and supporting senior colleagues during service. Strong modern European cooking ability, kitchen leadership and consistency under pressure are essential. The salary is competitive, offered on a permanent contract.

Junior Sous Chef Requirements:

All Junior Sous Chef applicants must have a stable employment history.
Previous experience working within luxury hotels or fine dining restaurants is a must.
