We are currently seeking a talented and ambitious Junior Sous Chef to join a successful restaurant operation in West London. Junior Sous Chef brief duties:


  • Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the daily running of the kitchen
  • Help lead and motivate the brigade during service
  • Ensure high standards of food preparation, presentation and consistency
  • Assist with stock control, ordering and kitchen organisation
  • Maintain excellent food hygiene and health andamp; safety standards
  • Contribute ideas towards menu development and seasonal specials

Junior Sous Chef requirements:


  • Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef or an experienced Chef de Partie ready to step up
  • Passion for fresh food and Italian cuisine
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Positive attitude with the ability to work well under pressure
  • A team player who enjoys developing others and learning new skills
