The successful candidate joins a kitchen brigade of twenty chefs, led by an Executive Chef with a strong modern European background. Responsibilities span a 2AA fine dining restaurant of over forty covers, banqueting facilities and a popular afternoon tea service. Working patterns cover a forty-eight hour week across shifts, with a competitive salary of £43,000 annually. Applicants should demonstrate solid culinary technique, kitchen section management and the ability to support senior chefs. Prior experience in fine dining or hotel kitchens is beneficial for this position.

Junior Sous Chef Requirements:
