Sous Chef Requirements:


  • Proven experience in award-winning restaurants, previous experience working with Greek cuisine and techniques is essential for this role!
  • We are seeking a Junior Sous Chef who is confident and able to run the pass with the head and sous chef. You will be responsible for kitchen management and quality control checks for every dish before it leaves the kitchen.
  • The role requires a self-motivated individual who thrives working in a busy environment.
  • All applicants must have a proven employment history.
  • A Sous Chef with natural leadership skills andndash; someone who can work well with the head chef to lead a brigade through busy services, 7 days per week
