Junior Sous Chef - Luxury Hotel
We are currently recruiting for a Junior Sous Chef to join the kitchen brigade in an historic riverside hotel near Hampton Court. As the Junior Sous Chef you will join an established brigade of chefs creating fantastic dishes for the hotels various outlets. Deputising for the Sous and Head chef in their absence.

The Person
The ideal Junior Sous Chef will have the following:Solid experience in a fresh food kitchen, ideally at a similar style property at Sous or Junior Sous Chef levelConfidence to deputise for the Head Chef, run a section and support more junior team members.2AA rosette background ideallyHigh standards of cleanliness, stock control, and task prioritisationHave a thorough understanding of health and safety and food safety guidelines within the kitchen.Possess a willingness to meet the high standards that are demanded from a luxury establishment.If you are an experienced Junior Sous Chef looking for an exciting new role, apply ..... full job details .....
