A technology-led business, continually developing their internal systems, websites, automation, AI capabilities, and diagnostic tools to enhance efficiency and customer experience.Day-to-day of the role:Initially, work closely with the Technical Support team to learn their technology, systems, and the real-world problems the customers encounter.Improve systems behind Technical Support, including remote diagnostics, Zendesk workflows, automation, and AI.Provide hands-on Technical Support as required.Collaborate with the Senior Developer on software development tasks and learn existing systems, codebase, and development processes.As your experience grows, progressively take on more development work and greater ownership across internal systems, websites, APIs, integrations, automation, and other technology projects.Required Skills and Qualifications:Familiarity with at least one programming language such as PHP, Python, JavaScript/Node.js, C#, Java, or similar.Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Basic understanding of databases and SQL.An understanding of APIs and how different systems communicate.Good general IT and technology knowledge.Strong problem-solving ability and ..... full job details .....
