Junior Site Engineer

We are currently looking for a Junior Site Engineer to be based in Rayleigh, Essex. This is an office-based role with a strong focus on documentation, planning, and coordination, supporting ongoing projects. This role would suit someone with a water drainage, pump systems, or pipework experience, who is looking to progress their career within a growing business.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Preparation and management of labour plans and schedules
• Completion of handover documentation and project records
• Supporting project delivery teams with documentation and coordination
• Ensuring all records and paperwork are accurate and up to date

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience within civil engineering / utilities / pipework / pump systems (preferred)
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
