Ensures the process of nursing is developed to meet the individual needs of each patient, providing well documented assessment, care planning and evaluation.2. Responsible for setting, providing, and maintaining high standards of clinically effective nursing care at all times.3. Always provide leadership and management to the staff team ensuring effective use of human resources on the ward to ensure safe and efficient service delivery4.
