You''ll operate fabrication machinery and produce high precision sheet metal components and subassemblies, working from engineering drawings and to a defined schedule. Duties include: Setting up and operating fabrication machines including guillotines, bandsaws and presses Producing and assembling detailed parts for assemblies/welded assemblies Laying out, measuring and marking materials from drawings/templates using hand tools and calculators Using engineering measuring equipment to confirm dimensions meet drawing requirements Reading and following engineering drawings/lofts, procedures and work instructions Attending and participating in daily stand-up meetings Working to all health & safety, quality and regulatory requirements Supporting workplace organisation/continuous improvement Maintaining a tidy, safe working environment Completing other duties within your capabilities as required Essential expe...
