Hours: Mon-Wed 07:00-17:30 & Thurs 07:00-16:30 (full-time hours over 4 days) - every Friday off

We''re recruiting reliable, Junior Sheet Metal Fabricators to join this large experienced production team on a permanent basis. You''ll operate fabrication machinery and produce high precision sheet metal components and subassemblies, working from engineering drawings and to a defined schedule.

• Setting up and operating fabrication machines including guillotines, bandsaws and presses
• Producing and assembling detailed parts for assemblies/welded assemblies
• Laying out, measuring and marking materials from drawings/templates using hand tools and calculators
• Using engineering measuring equipment to confirm dimensions meet drawing requirements
• Reading and following engineering drawings/lofts, procedures and work instructions
• Attending and participating in daily stand-up meetings
• Working to all health & safety, quality and regulatory requirements
• Supporting workplace organisation/continuous improvement
• Maintaining a tidy, safe working environment
• Completing other duties within your capabilities as required

• Experience operating fabrication machinery (e.g. guillotine/bandsaw/press)
• Able to work in a team to deliver parts on time
• Strong attention to detail, reliability and a quality-focused approach
