Junior Service Engineer

Your Company: NET Recruit is pleased to be partnering with an established and growing communications and technology business in their search for a Junior Service Engineer to join their technical support team, based in Eastleigh. The organisation provides specialist radio communication, security, and technology solutions to a diverse customer base, ranging from smaller businesses through to large global organisations. The business delivers both standard and bespoke communication and security systems, supporting customers throughout the full lifecycle of their solutions. This includes initial technical support and demonstrations, installation and commissioning, ongoing maintenance, repairs, and technical support. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role within the technical team, working closely with customers, sales colleagues, and other internal teams to deliver reliable and professional technical solutions. The role will also provide exposure to large-scale events, including festivals, sporting events, stadiums, and entertainment venues. Your Role and ResponsibilitiesWhile in this position, your duties may include but are not limited to: Conducting initial site surveys and preventative maintenance inspections. Documenting survey findings and producing accurate technical and maintenance reports. Supporting the sales team with technical advice, product information, and quotations.
