As the first point of contact for clients, you''ll provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, manage support tickets, and work closely with Development and Service teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.   Key Responsibilities    Act as the first point of contact for client support requests.  Log, manage, and update support tickets.  Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve where possible.
