Junior Sales Executive Job Type: Permanent, Hybrid. Job Description We''re looking for a motivated Junior Sales Executive to identify and qualify new business opportunities within the IT sector. The role is a hybrid role, with 2 days a week based in their offices in Sunderland and the rest based from home. Key Responsibilities Identify and research prospective clients within the target market. Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media. Engage with prospects to understand their business needs. Arrange introductory meetings and product demonstrations. Work closely with the sales team to hand over qualified opportunities. Maintain accurate CRM records and activity logs. Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to team success. Requirements Strong interest in building a career in IT sales. Previous sales experience within B2C, Retail, or a targeted role is advantageous but not essential. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Comfortable using digital communication tools and social media. Self-motivated with good time management. Competent using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
