The Role:
Were looking for a motivated and people-focused individual whos keen to begin or grow their career in sales and business development. If youve had a little experience in telesales, retail, or even a bit of field sales — great!

Youll be spending your time both on the road and in the office. Your day-to-day will include visiting potential clients in Ipswich and the surrounding area, following up on leads, supporting the wider team, and using a CRM system to keep track of your work. Youll be fully supported with training, a clear structure, and ongoing guidance to help you succeed.

Who Were Looking For:
A bit of experience in telesales, field sales, customer service, or a customer-facing role (retail/hospitality experience welcome!)
Confident talking to new people and building relationships
Motivated, organised, and happy to take the initiative
Open to learning how to use business tools like CRM systems
Knowledge of the Ipswich area is a bonus, not essential
Full UK driving licence (youll use a company pool car for client visits)
