Role Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Resourcer to join our IT Contract Division. You will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top IT contract talent to support our clients'' project needs. Key Responsibilities Source and identify IT contract candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate qualification calls Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality contract candidates Support consultants in matching candidates to client requirements Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process Maintain accurate records in the CRM/ATS system Develop knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and market trends Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience Requirements Strong interest in recruitment, IT, or consulting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail ..... full job details .....
