We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Recruitment Associate to join our dynamic team of six in Bishop''s Stortford. As a Junior Recruitment Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process, building, and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients, and engaging in business development activities all while completing the recruiter development programme apprenticeship course.You''ll be on the job learning while gaining a Level 3 Cert in Principles of Recruitment Practice and Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Recruitment.
