Junior Quantity Surveyor Ventilation

Our client is a small Ductwork Contractor operating in the construction sector.

They would like to recruit a Junior-Intermediate Mechanical and Electrical Quantity Surveyor to work on -1-2M projects.

The role is office-based- with site visits.

• You will have a minimum of 1-2 years'' commercial experience.
• You will have some mechanical and electrical exposure but it is NOT essential that all your commercial experience is within building services.

Duties to include:

• Variations.
• Take-offs.
• Payment submissions.
• Finacial trackers.
• Look-aheads.

This is an junior to intermediate role with excellent long-term potential for growth.
