This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a large-scale, high-value infrastructure environment while working alongside experienced commercial professionals.Junior Quantity Surveyor Hourly rate of up to £40 per hour10-12-hour shift Monday to Thursday Site Based at Hinkley PointJunior Quantity Surveyor Job Description Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of subcontractor accounts, including payment assessments and approvalsDeliver clear commercial advice to support project decision-making and mitigate risk.Build effective relationships with subcontractors to manage valuations, variations, and final accounts Track, document, and report project delays in collaboration with planning teams Administer main and subcontract agreements (NEC3/NEC4), ensuring full compliance Junior Quantity Surveyor Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on projects within large scale infrastructure sectors, nuclear or heavy engineeringExperience in managing high-value subcontractor accounts and preparing robust payment applications.Familiarity with NEC3/NEC4 or other standard forms of contract.Successful candidates will also be required to undertake the relevant CITB touch screen test ..... full job details .....
