Junior Quantity Surveyor

Discipline: Junior Quantity Surveyor Location: London Salary: £37,000 - £42,000 per annum Our client is seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team. The successful candidate will support the commercial management of projects from pre-contract through to final account, gaining valuable experience across all aspects of quantity surveying while contributing to the successful delivery of high-quality projects. General Responsibilities Provide clear, accurate and timely commercial information, reports and advice to clients, project teams and senior management. Support Project Managers and senior commercial staff in the day-to-day management and successful delivery of projects. Ensure project deadlines are achieved and regularly report progress to senior team members. Prepare professional documentation and reports in line with company standards. Attend client, contractor and internal meetings, taking accurate minutes where required. Carry out site visits and inspections as part of project delivery.
