This would suit somebody who already has some experience within social housing, property maintenance, repairs, voids or planned works and is looking to develop further within a commercial or quantity surveying career. It isn’t a traditional site heavy Quantity Surveyor position. The role is much more focused on the commercial management of day to day housing works, including Schedule of Rates, pricing, variations, subcontractor costs, applications and maintaining accurate commercial information across live contracts.
