Junior Quantity SurveyorRedhill 25,000 - 30,000 + Car Allowance PermanentA growing and successful drylining subcontractor is seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team based in Redhill.This is an excellent opportunity for a recent Quantity Surveying graduate or someone at the beginning of their commercial career looking to gain hands-on experience within the construction industry. Working alongside experienced surveyors, you will be involved in the commercial management of a range of drylining and interior fit-out projects.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with the commercial management of multiple projectsSupport the preparation of valuations, applications for payment, and final accountsAssist with the pricing and management of variationsMonitor project costs and help produce cost reportsSupport procurement activities and subcontractor managementMaintain accurate commercial records and documentationWork closely with project teams to ensure commercial objectives are achievedRequirementsDegree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline (essential)Previous industry experience beneficial but not essentialStrong numerical and analytical skillsGood communication and organisational abilitiesProficient in Microsoft OfficeAmbitious, motivated, and eager to develop a career within quantity surveyingWhat''s on Offer? 25,000 - 30,000 basic salaryCar allowanceStructured training and developmentSupport from experienced commercial professionalsLong-term ..... full job details .....
