QHSE Advisor / Systems Coordinator Consultant Secondment About the Role We are looking for a QHSE Advisor/Systems Coordinator to work as a consultant, seconded into one of our clients an oil and gas operator managing a live field development alongside other upcoming projects. You''ll work under the direction of the client''s QHSE Manager, providing flexible delivery and coordination support across their Integrated Management System (IMS), digital tools, corporate governance and project activities. This is initially a flexible contract engagement, with deployment scaling between part-time and full-time according to workload increasing through key project phases including well preparation and execution. For the right candidate, there is scope for this role to transition into a permanent staff position within the business. The balance of responsibilities will vary according to programme priorities, so we''re looking for someone comfortable adapting scope as demand shifts across concurrent workstreams. What You''ll Be Doing Supporting consolidation of the client''s Business Management System (BMS) and Safety and Environmental Management System (SEMS) into a single IMS, and its ongoing implementation, maintenance and improvement Developing, administering and improving QHSE SharePoint libraries, registers, workflows and reporting arrangements Coordinating document review, approval, issue, communication and periodic review activities Maintaining corporate and project risk, action, ..... full job details .....
