Junior Python Support Engineer - 6 Month Contract - Start ASAP - Ireland
As a Junior Python Support Engineer in the EU, you will serve as a technical resource to the Customer Success and Customer Response teams. Your role involves scoping out customization work and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for customers. Additionally, you will assist customers with technical issues by troubleshooting and collaborating with the Engineering team to resolve problems. You will work across the entire product stack, addressing issues related to configuration, product, and hosting.
Requirements:
Experience using REST APIs and scripting with Bash, Python, or similar languages.
Technical experience in a SaaS company is a plus.
Experience troubleshooting technical problems, interfacing with engineering on potential issues, and communicating with customers through problem resolution.
Ability to accurately scope, plan, and estimate the level of effort for tasks, with an appropriate balance of risk and effort.
