Training will be given but candidates will need some office based Admin or customer services experience, a confident telephone manner, good IT skills and good customer service skills. In this role you will help ensure that purchased items are obtained at the right price, the required quality standard, and within the timescales needed to support production and customer requirements. The Purchasing Administrator will work closely with the Buyer, Stores, Production, Operations and Account Management teams to maintain supply continuity, support supplier performance, and ensure purchasing activity is accurately recorded on the company business system.
