Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the management of a portfolio of residential blocks and estatesAct as a first point of contact for leaseholders, residents, and contractorsCoordinate maintenance works, repairs, and contractor attendanceRaise and manage work orders, ensuring timely completion of tasksSupport with site inspections and ensure developments are maintained to a high standardLiaise with contractors regarding quotes, works, and service deliveryAssist in managing service charge budgets and expenditure trackingHandle general correspondence, including emails, calls, and resident ..... full job details .....
