Junior Project ManagerThe Role:We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to support the delivery of projects, assist in bid preparation and support project improvement initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their project management career to gain hands on experience and grow within a supportive team.Key Responsibilities:Project and Bid Management: Assist in the coordination and management of project activities, timeline, and deliverablesSupport bid preparation by gathering documentation, formatting proposals, and tracking deadlinesMaintain project documentation, meeting notes, and action logsHelp monitor project progress and update financial progress reportsCommunicate with internal teams and external partners as directedParticipate in project meetings and contribute to issue tracking and resolution Key Skills and Qualifications: Ability to demonstrate reliability, responsiveness, and a proactive attitude.Able to maintain professional communication and collaboration across teamsAPM PFQ or PRINCE2 Foundation or equivalent certification preferred.Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.Strong organisational and communication skills.Motivated to learn and develop project management capabilities Benefits: Discretionary Company Bonus Based on company and personal performance25 Days holiday not including bank holidays with the option to buy/sell up to 5 daysFlexible hybrid working ..... full job details .....
