Junior Project Manager Sowerby Bridge £30,000 - £35,000 Hours: Monday Thursday, 08 00 Fridays 09 00The RoleWorking alongside experienced Project Managers and Engineers, you''ll take ownership of smaller projects whilst supporting the delivery of larger installations of drapery and automation solutions across theatres and performance venuesDuties Take project handovers from the Sales team.Liaise with the Design team to ensure drawings and technical information are issued correctly.Brief installation engineers prior to project commencement.Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout project delivery.Negotiate pricing and procure materials from suppliers.Manage stock lead times to ensure projects remain on schedule.Process and manage project change orders.Maintain all project documentation and paperwork.Produce Health and Safety documentation including RAMS.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to specification.Manage multiple projects at varying stages simultaneously.Support senior Project Managers on larger installations valued up to approximately £300k. Requirements Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, Junior Project Manager or similar position.Strong organisational and administrative skills.Experience producing or managing RAMS documentation.Excellent communication skills with both customers and colleagues.Full UK Driving Licence.Experience within the live events, theatre installation or entertainment technology ..... full job details .....
