Junior Project Manager (Service Delivery)Glasgow (3 days a week in the office)PermanentUp to £38k plus excellent benefitsWe''re working with a high-growth technology business in the financial infrastructure space who are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join their Service Delivery team.This is a brilliant opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to move beyond coordination and begin building a future in project delivery, service operations, or technical environments.This role sits at the centre of a busy, fast-paced delivery function where you''ll be managing multiple small-scale projects from order through to completion.You''ll be responsible for keeping delivery on track across a high volume of live workstreams, ensuring customers receive their services on time and to expectation.Typical responsibilities will include:Managing a high volume of concurrent small projects (often 15-20+ at a time)Coordinating the end-to-end delivery of customer orders, from initial request through to deploymentWorking closely with engineering, networking and internal delivery teams to ensure services are configured and delivered correctly.Tracking hardware, shipments and installation timelines to ensure everything is delivered on schedule.Managing and communicating customer expectations throughout the processUsing tools such as Jira to manage workflow, tasks and delivery progressIdentifying potential risks or delays and proactively resolving issuesOver time, there will ..... full job details .....
