Job Title: Junior Project Manager Location: Lincolnshire - On-site (5 days per week) Salary: £32,000 per year + mileage paid + access to pool car Job Type: Full-time, PermanentAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our team in Lincolnshire, supporting the delivery of digital transformation projects across the business.Working closely with the Programme Manager, you will help coordinate projects that sit at the intersection of business change and technology, including system implementations and integrations. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their project management career who wants exposure to large-scale transformation initiatives.Due to the nature of the role and occasional travel between sites, a full UK driving licence is required.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the delivery of digital transformation and technology projectsWork alongside the Programme Manager to coordinate project plans, timelines, and deliverablesLiaise with internal stakeholders, IT teams, and external suppliersAssist with system implementation and integration projectsTrack project progress, risks, and issuesPrepare project documentation, reports, and meeting updatesHelp manage communications and engagement during business change initiativesRequirementsExperience in a Project Coordinator, Junior Project Manager, or similar roleStrong organisational and communication skillsAbility to work across both business and technology stakeholdersFull UK driving licence and ..... full job details .....
