About the CompanyOur client is a well-established design and build company specialising in high-quality residential renovations, extensions, refurbishments and new build projects across London.Due to continued growth, they are looking for a highly organised and proactive Junior Project Manager / Project Coordinator to support the delivery of multiple projects while assisting with the day-to-day running of the office.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience in an architectural practice or design and build environment who is looking to develop a long-term career in project management.The RoleWorking closely with the Directors and Project Managers, you''ll play an important role in ensuring projects run smoothly from planning through to completion.Responsibilities include:Supporting the coordination of residential construction and architectural projectsManaging project schedules and tracking progress using SmartsheetOrdering materials, samples and suppliesLiaising with architects, contractors, suppliers and clientsMaintaining project documentation and ensuring records are kept up to dateCoordinating meetings, site visits and project timelinesAssisting with purchase orders, quotations and invoicesProviding general office and administrative support to the wider teamHelping ensure projects are delivered on time and within budgetAbout YouThe ideal candidate will have:Previous experience working within an architectural practice, design and build company ..... full job details .....
