Role: Junior Project ManagerSalary: £32,000 - £37,000 Plus Hybrid Working, 38 Days Holiday, Generous Pension Scheme, HealthcareLocation: Rugby, WarwickshireA forward-thinking organisation is delivering a range of digital and automation initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, service delivery, and internal processes.As Junior Project Manager, you''ll support the delivery of these programmes, working closely with senior leadership and technical teams while gaining exposure to high-impact transformation work and clear progression into a Project Manager role.ResponsibilitiesSupport the delivery of digital and automation projects from initiation through to completionCoordinate activities across stakeholders, technical teams, and delivery partnersTrack project progress, risks, and dependencies to ensure delivery stays on trackPrepare reports, updates, and documentation for governance and leadership teamsAct as a central point of coordination across multiple workstreamsSupport stakeholder engagement and ensure clear communication throughout deliveryRequirementsExperience supporting or coordinating projects within digital, IT, or transformation environmentsStrong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesConfident communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levelsProactive approach to problem solving and deliveryBasic understanding of digital, data, or automation conceptsFamiliarity with structured project methodologies such as ..... full job details .....
