Performance & Compliance: Run Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and audit projects for 100% contract adherence. Resource Planning: Optimize the team''s "people supply chain" and improve Agile delivery workflows. What You Bring: 2+ years of dedicated eCommerce or digital retail project experience. Strong expertise in Agile/Sprint methodologies, MVP-centric design, and JIRA. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills for complex, matrixed stakeholder management.
