Junior Project Manager

Trainee Project Manager Construction4Site are looking for a Trainee Project Manager to join a growing project team and develop into a fully-fledged Project Manager. This is a hands-on role offering exposure across live construction projects, supporting from pre-start through to completion.You will work closely with the Project Manager and wider team, gaining experience across planning, site coordination, subcontractor management, procurement and basic commercial duties. The role will involve both office and site-based work, with clear progression into running your own projects.Responsibilities: Support the day-to-day running of projectsAssist with programmes and track progressAttend site, liaise with subcontractors and monitor worksSupport procurement of materials and subcontract packagesAssist with project records, reporting and client updatesLearn commercial aspects including costs, variations and invoicingSupport quality checks, snagging and handover Requirements: Strong interest in construction / project managementOrganised with good time managementConfident communicating with site teams and stakeholdersPractical mindset with willingness to learnBasic IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)CSCS (or willing to obtain) Details: Full time, 8am 5pmOffice and site-based roleLong term progression into Project Manager If of interest, please apply with your CV. ..... full job details .....
