Supporting businesses worldwide with critical products and solutions, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their product career while working closely with experienced professionals and gaining hands-on exposure across the full product lifecycle.You''ll play a key role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping ensure product features are well-defined, delivered efficiently, and aligned to business goals.This is a permanent position with a salary banding of £45,000 to £55,000 + excellent benefits. The organisation is based in Newbury, Berkshire but the role can be either on a hybrid or remote basis.Key ResponsibilitiesBacklog ManagementSupport the ongoing refinement and prioritisation of the product backlogWrite clear, structured user stories and ensure work is ready for developmentRequirements and DiscoveryGather and document requirements from stakeholdersTranslate user needs into actionable deliverables aligned to product objectivesSprint and Delivery SupportParticipate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectivesProvide clarity to development teams to keep delivery on trackUser Acceptance Testing (UAT)Assist in coordinating and executing UATValidate delivered features against acceptance criteria and capture feedbackStakeholder ..... full job details .....
