An experienced Product Owner to join its Digital and Technology Solutions (DTS) team. Reporting to the Senior Digital Manager, this role takes full ownership of key internal platforms including an Audit tool and a Business Outsource Services (BOS) system - working closely with Finance, business operations, and end users. The successful candidate will act as the bridge between the business and its external vendors, managing day-to-day requests, driving system improvements, and contributing to roadmap and workflow development. Key Responsibilities: Take full ownership of Audit and BOS applications, ensuring smooth operation and ongoing improvement Spot inefficiencies and gaps in how systems are used, and drive practical solutions Triage and manage incoming requests from the business in a timely and structured way Work closely with vendors to resolve issues and hold them to agreed service standards Keep a clear, prioritised backlog with full visibility for all relevant teams Manage user access, onboarding, and role changes in line with governance requirements Monitor product updates and new ..... full job details .....
