We are recruiting for a-Junior Product Change Specialist-to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Maidstone. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience using SAP and a keen eye for detail to support the management of product data and engineering changes across the business.
Working closely with the Senior Product Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate product information, supporting new product introductions, and ensuring product changes are implemented efficiently throughout the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, maintain and update product master data within SAP.
- Maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs), routings, production versions and technical specifications.
- Assess and implement product changes within SAP.
- Ensure product data is accurate, complete and consistent across all systems.
- Support new product introductions by preparing and maintaining SAP master data.
- Work closely with Production, Engineering and Supply Chain teams to coordinate product updates.
- Assist with technical product information, sustainability data, packaging information and product documentation.
- Maintain product images and technical drawings within SAP.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies.
- Support ongoing projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company Health & Safety procedures.
- Carry out any additional duties required to support the wider business.
About You

Essential
- Previous experience using-SAP-in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload and work independently.
- Minimum of 2 years'' experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Degree in Production Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
Desirable
- Understanding of technical or electrical products.
- Experience maintaining ERP master data.
- Knowledge of product lifecycle or engineering change processes.
