A full UK driving licence is required. About the role This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor looking to take the next step into a People Partner role. Working alongside a Senior People and Culture Partner, you''ll support managers across the business, providing expert HR guidance and delivering people-focused solutions that drive engagement, performance and organisational success. Key responsibilities  Provide HR advice and guidance across the employee lifecycle. Manage Employee Relations cases including absence, disciplinary, grievance, performance and capability matters. Coach and support managers on people management best practice. Support organisational change, wellbeing and employee engagement initiatives. Deliver people-focused projects and continuous improvement activities. Analyse people data and trends to support decision-making.
