Junior People and Culture Partner Salary: £40,000-£43,000Location: Hybrid working with occasional travel to Cornwall (expenses covered). A full UK driving licence is required. About the role This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor looking to take the next step into a People Partner role. Working alongside a Senior People and Culture Partner, you''ll support managers across the business, providing expert HR guidance and delivering people-focused solutions that drive engagement, performance and organisational success. Key responsibilities Provide HR advice and guidance across the employee lifecycle. Manage Employee Relations cases including absence, disciplinary, grievance, performance and capability matters. Coach and support managers on people management best practice. Support organisational change, wellbeing and employee engagement initiatives. Deliver people-focused projects and continuous improvement activities. Analyse people data and trends to support decision-making. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and Trade Union representatives. What we''re looking for CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent HR experience). Previous experience providing HR advice to managers. Strong Employee Relations experience and confidence managing cases independently. Good knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
