If you''re a recent graduate, or you already have one to two years'' experience in NPD, and you have a genuine passion for food, this NPD Technologist role could be a fantastic next step. You''ll be joining a close-knit team where creativity, collaboration and enthusiasm are genuinely valued.

As the NPD Technologist, you''ll be involved in the product development process from concept through to launch, helping to bring new and innovative products to life. You''ll also have the opportunity to take ownership of one of their accounts, with support from the wider team.

What they''re looking for:

• A recent graduate or someone with one to two years'' experience in NPD
• A genuine passion for food and a creative approach to product development
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to share ideas across teams
• Excellent attention to detail, particularly around formulation, testing and documentation
• A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to contribute to an already successful NPD team
• Permanent right to work in the UK

What the role entails:

• Supporting idea generation and concept development
• Taking ownership of an account, with support from the wider team
• Assisting with equipment trials and scale-up processes
• Supporting the completion and maintenance of NPD documentation
