The successful candidate will support microbiological testing, environmental monitoring, and compliance with regulatory standards to ensure product safety and quality.Key Responsibilities: Perform environmental monitoring of cleanrooms, including air and surface sampling. Identify and report microbiological contamination, assisting in root cause investigations. Prepare and maintain microbiological cultures and reference strains. Assist in validating sterilization processes, cleaning procedures, and aseptic techniques. Document test results accurately and maintain laboratory records in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and regulatory guidelines. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies. Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives in microbiological processes.
