Junior Merchandiser Manchester - Hybrid 30,000- 40,000 depending on experience An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially driven Junior Merchandiser to join an incredibly successful and fast-paced consumer business.This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who is hungry to learn, enjoys working at pace and wants genuine exposure to all areas of merchandising and the wider commercial operation.Reporting directly into the Head of Merchandising, you''ll be involved in everything from planning and pricing through to trading meetings, stock decisions and supplier management. No two days will be the same, and you''ll have the opportunity to build a really strong understanding of the full merchandising process.What You''ll Be Doing:Support planning and range decisions, reviewing what stock is needed and whenAnalyse sales and stock data to identify opportunities and risksReview the buy and make recommendations on stock requirementsSupport pricing, promotions and sign-off processesReforecast and manage stock to maximise sales and profitabilityReview WSSI and contribute to trading decisionsAttend trading meetings and play an active role in commercial sign-offsManage critical paths, ensuring products are ordered and delivered on timeWork closely with suppliers, including factories across the Far EastAnalyse best and worst sellers and turn data into clear commercial actionsWork closely with Buying, Planning, Digital and Supply Chain teamsAbout You:Experience in a Senior AM, ..... full job details .....
