The successful candidate will be responsible for manufacturing, fabricating and assembling components for new and existing machinery, supporting projects from initial design discussions through to final testing and acceptance. Key Responsibilities Carry out general fitting, fabrication and assembly work as part of machine-building projects. Manufacture and modify components for new machinery, existing equipment and development projects. Use workshop machinery and equipment, including lathes, milling machines, drilling machines, welding equipment and general fabrication tools. Read and interpret engineering drawings to support accurate component manufacture and mechanical assembly. Work alongside the Engineering team to review designs and identify opportunities for improvement.
