Junior Marketing Assistant Location: Colchester and Surrounding Areas Job Type: Full-Time Immediate Start Available Our client in Colchester is looking for enthusiastic Junior Marketing Assistants to join their face-to-face sales and event marketing team. This is an entry-level, event-based role involving promotional campaigns at designated event locations. No door-to-door sales. No previous sales, marketing, or customer service experience is required, as full training is provided. What you''ll do: Represent brands at promotional events and campaign locations. Engage with members of the public face-to-face and introduce products, services, and offers. Build rapport, answer questions, and support customer acquisition. Contribute to sales campaigns and work towards individual and team targets. What we''re looking for: Friendly, confident, and a strong communicator. Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to learn.
