We are looking for candidates who have either completed an engineering / manufacturing apprenticeship or degree, to support the manufacturing of existing products. Your main responsibilities will be to provide daily hands-on Engineering support to the manufacturing team. -Ensuring manufacturing processes meet stringent customer expectations in terms of specification, timescales, cost and reliability. Working in all aspects of manufacturing, you will support the creation and update of documentation (i.e. work instructions and process cards), improve manufacturing yields, product reliability and overall production efficiencies. You will be responsible for commissioning and maintenance of tooling/equipment, and where appropriate identify new equipment needs, including opportunities for investments in automation and / or new processing technologies.
