Junior Management Accountant 35,000- 40,000 + Progression + Training on systems Bristol Rise Technical Recruitment is looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Management Acccountant to join our growing finance team.This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified or part qualified finance professional who wants to take ownership within a fast-paced, high-growth business while building a long-term career with genuine progression opportunities.As the business continues to expand both in the UK and internationally, this role offers the chance to develop into a leadership position with the opportunity to grow and manage a finance team in the future.We are looking for someone with previous finance experience who can bring strong technical accounting knowledge and attention to detail. Full training will be provided on our internal systems and processes.The Role:Processing payments and managing company fundsBank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliationsGeneral ledger reviews and financial controlsManaging prepayments and accrualsPreparation and review of VAT returnsPreparation of interim accounts and financial reportingSupporting month-end and year-end finance processesWorking closely with senior stakeholders across the businessHelping improve financial processes and systems as the company scales The Person:ACCA or CIMA qualified or working towards a qualificationPrevious experience within a finance/accounting roleStrong understanding of reconciliations, reporting, ..... full job details .....
